In house radiology, or x-rays, help our veterinarians to evaluate various conditions. They are vital in diagnosing bone fractures, bladder stones, and for confirming or assessing abnormal tissue growth, such as an abdominal tumor. X-rays can also help our doctors locate a foreign object in the body, such as a favorite chew toy or a sewing needle! We also use x-rays to evaluate an animal's joints, cardiovascular or cardiopulmonary systems, and reproductive systems.
