COVID-19 Update

Mason Animal Hospital COVID-19 Update


Mason Animal Hospital is open for our normal business hours. 


Please be patient with us as we deal with this very fluid situation. Our goal is to be here for you and your pet as long as we are able. Although we are incorporating strict cleaning protocols to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we must change how we interact to protect ourselves and our clients. 




  • In order to limit the number of people in the hospital, we ask that you call from your vehicle when you arrive rather than entering the building directly. (513)398-3070

  • The waiting room is closed. You will be brought directly into an exam room by a receptionist, assistant, or technician. 

  • We ask that, if at all possible, only one (1) healthy adult accompany each pet. 

  • Please allow us to use one of our hospital slip leashes to handle your dog. 

  • If you are here for a medication or food pick-up, we will be glad to take your payment over the phone and bring your product out to your vehicle.

  • Our staff has agreed to stay home if they are not well, we ask that if you are not feeling well or have a fever that you reschedule your appointment. Please help us to keep our staff and other clients healthy.

  • For long term prescriptions and refills, please utilize our online pharmacy at for easy ordering that will arrive at your home. 



UPDATE 03/18/20

At the recommendation of the Ohio Department of Health and the AVMA, we will postponing elective procedures such as spays or neuters and routine dental cleanings until further notice. If your pet has a procedure planned, we will be in touch to discuss rescheduling. Please call the office at (513) 398-3070 if you have questions.
